Why is it best to let my wedding photographer make the final prints and store my negatives/cds?

All photographs are not printed equally. If you are looking for the same quality and likeness that you saw in the studio sample albums, then you should have the studio print them and keep them in storage until your sure everyone has finished ordering. If your photographer does not take the time and effort to develop and print or digitally enhance your wedding photos then do they really care enough to do a great job on the wedding. The last thing I would want is my wedding photographer to hand me undeveloped film or raw images on a cd from my wedding. I would want to know that the finished photos are going to be greatly.
